Must pre-register and pay in full at first class.

Springboard class-2-4 people per 4 or 5 week series.

Must pre-register and pay in full at first class.

Backbone (Small Group Back Care Class & Individual Sessions)

 

 Friday,February 10th - March 2nd, 11 AM - 12 Noon.

Individual sessions can be scheduled as early as Friday December 2nd.
