GENERAL STUDIO PRICES:

Private sessions for Pilates and Personal Training- 

$70.00 /hour,

5 pack: $335.00,  10 pack: $650.00, 

Two or more private sessions per week, paid monthly or bi-weekly;

$55.00 per session. 

 Introductory one time offer:3 private Pilates or Personal Training    sessions for $180.00 ($60.00 PER SESSION)

  Semi Private sessions (duets)- 

 $45.00 per person, $400.00 per 10-pack

(both people must be present each time). 

  Mat/Group Classes-  1 class; $18.00

   5 pack: $80.00,  10 pack; $150.00

   Monthy unlimited mat classes:

    $100.00 per month. Expires 30 days after date of payment.

    Reformer Classes-   Springboard Classes- 

    Jumpboard Cardio,        Circuit Pilates

    1 class, no committments; $30.00

    4 week series: $100.00 (to be paid 1st class of month).

    5 week series: $125.00 (to be paid 1st class of  month).

***If you miss a class you may make it up during any of the 

    other scheduled reformer or springboard classes, or take 2 mat classes during the month. If you know in advance that you will miss one class, you may deduct $25.00 from the total.  If you know in advance that you will miss more  then one class per series, please pay per class rather then for the series.  Always let your trainer know when you will be absent.

If you would like to schedule a new reformer or springboard class for you and 2 friends/co-workers, etc, please let us know and we will start a new class, JUST FOR YOU!!

 Independant sessions- priced as mat classes. See above.

 Stretch class- $18.00 per 1 class,

 $64.00 per 4 pack, $80.00 per 5 pack. 

   BACKBONE- Back Care Class

Backbone (Small Group Back Care Class & Individual Sessions)

Total cost for four classes + three individual sessions is $280 per student (min. two students/max. four students).
