Pilates

Pilates training utilizes a series of exercises that have been created with the intent of strengthening and stretching the body's core. The training mobilizes the spine and serves to improve overall flexibility.

 

Our classes are designed to provide you with personal attention and assistance. They are an excellent complement to your workout routine.

Our Current Class Program and Schedule

Mat Classes:

Monday, 9 Am, 7 PM

Wednesday, 9 Am, 6 PM

Saturday, 10 AM, all levels

Sunday, 10 AM, all levels**

**Sunday mat class will

be at 9 AM for the month of April.

 

Reformer class: 2-4 people per 4  or 5 week series.

Must pre-register and pay in full at first class.

Monday 3:30 PM,

Tuesday 5:30 PM,

Thursday, 6 PM,

Saturday 11 AM,

 

Springboard class-2-4 people per 4 week series.

Must pre-register and pay in full at first class.

Tuesday 11:30 AM,

 

NEW CLASSES: 

JUMPBOARD CARDIO(on reformer),

Monday 10AM  Thursday 10:30AM

 November and Dec. 1/2 price special, $15.00 per

class.  

 CIRCUIT PILATES

Thursday (starting January 5th)

5-6 PM -monthly series.

 

STRETCH- Mondays at 11 AM.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

SAME DAY CANCELLATION WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL FEE.

NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL FEE

 

 

Reformer and springboard classes will be scheduled as needed.

 

 

BACK CARE CLASS WITH ERNIE ADAMS.

Backbone (Small Group Back Care Class & Individual Sessions)

 

Backbone is about developing spinal stability and flexibility for students recovering from back injury, or who have back pain. We will use Pilates based mat and Reformer exercises, and combine four class meetings in a small group format (2-4 students) + three individual sessions Having a small group plus individual sessions allows each student an opportunity to develop a program that can be tailored to his or her specific needs. We will begin the four weeks of classes on Fridays, 11 AM - 12 Noon, April 13th, - May 25th (class every other week).

Total cost for four classes + three individual sessions is $280.00  per student.
